The stars totally aligned for these engagement photos…this couple is so adorable and totally in love. From the way they talk to each other, to the way they laugh together, to their so sweet affection towards one another…Could not have asked for a more beautiful couple. We shot these out at Rock Island, Tennessee, about an hour outside of Nashville. I had never been but I totally wanna go back. It is GORGEOUS there. And with the fall colors and perfect weather. I am thankful for SO much. I can’t even wrap my brain around what I have been blessed with this year, Hudson being one of the biggest blessings of course 😉 and one of the huge things that Hudson has given me is being able to appreciate the little moments that make up our day. If you know me, you know I am definitely a “type A” personality. I love to do things as efficiently as possible and nothing makes me happier than knocking stuff off my “to-do” list…which is usually annoyingly long. But having a baby has forced me to reroute how I do things. And for this I am forever grateful. Because these little moments mean so much, the camera on my phone means more than ever. The lighting may not be perfect, and the quality may not be as high as my usual gear, but none of that matters to me because without it, there are a million expressions, milestones, and quiet moments that I would have never been able to document. There are literally thousands of photos I have taken with my phone over the past 7 months, so here are a handful of those moments that I will forever be thankful for.
